These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Neon Course Hub Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrolment in the Program
To enroll, you must submit a complete affiliate application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

2. Your Affiliate Account
Upon approval, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard, which includes your unique tracking link, performance stats, and marketing materials.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate login credentials

Ensuring your tracking link is used correctly

Keeping your contact and PayPal payment information up to date

3. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to:

Promote Neon Course Hub ethically and accurately

Avoid making false claims or misrepresenting the platform or its courses

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, spam, and advertising laws

Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g. #ad, “affiliate link”)

You may promote via:

Personal websites or blogs

Social media channels

Email newsletters

YouTube or video platforms

Prohibited promotion methods:

Paid advertising using our branded terms (e.g. “Neon Course Hub”)

Unsolicited email (spam)

Cookie stuffing

Posting affiliate links on coupon or deal websites without permission

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.

4. Commissions
You will earn a 30% commission on the total purchase value (including discounted sales) for any customer referred through your unique link.

Commission applies to:

First-time and repeat purchases within the 30-day cookie window

Any paid course purchase (excluding free courses)

5. Tracking and Attribution
Our system tracks users via browser cookies linked to your affiliate ID.

Cookie duration is 30 days

If the customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you earn commission

If they clear cookies or click another affiliate’s link, the last affiliate link takes priority

We are not responsible for lost referrals due to:

Cookie blocking

Incorrect link usage

Technical issues outside our control

6. Payout Terms
Payouts are processed on the last day of each month

No minimum payout threshold

Payments are made via PayPal only

You are responsible for:

Maintaining a valid PayPal account that can receive funds

Ensuring your payment information is accurate in the affiliate dashboard

Allow 3–5 business days for the payment to appear in your PayPal account.

7. Refunds and Reversed Commissions
If a referred customer receives a refund for any reason, the corresponding commission will be reversed. This may reflect as a deduction in your future payout.

Chargebacks, fraudulent orders, or policy-violating transactions are also ineligible for commission.

8. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the program if:

You breach any of these terms

You use unethical or illegal marketing practices

Your account is inactive for over 6 months with no clicks or referrals

You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us at gordon@neonlearning.co.uk.

Upon termination:

You must stop using your affiliate links immediately

Any unpaid commissions for valid referrals will be paid out at month-end

9. Intellectual Property and Brand Use
You are permitted to use approved Neon Course Hub logos, banners, and marketing materials provided in the affiliate area.

You may not:

Modify branding without permission

Create your own ads or assets that resemble official materials without review

Imply partnership, endorsement, or employment relationship

All content on the Neon Course Hub platform remains our intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees about earnings, conversions, or traffic from your affiliate links. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

11. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
